As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Flood Risk Assessments, Hydrological Assessments, and Drainage Strategies, while managing projects and fostering strong client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, support, and training to junior colleagues, actively contributing to their mentoring and development.
  2. Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  3. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Local Authorities and private developers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff, managing small teams on a project and supervisory basis.
  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of Contract Scotland.
