Customer Service Representative

Liberty is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in the Havant office. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative property services business.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration experience. Your primary focus will be on dealing with customer inquiries and service requests, promoting a customer-first culture, and ensuring service levels and standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and administration experience
- Deal with customer inquiries and service requests
- Promote a customer-first culture
- Ensure service levels and standards are maintained
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and Webchat
- Input, collate, and record customer information accurately using IT systems
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in the operation of computerized database systems and strong IT skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
