Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Expert to join our team at ReAgent Chemical Services Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 3DL.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating prices with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Identify and select suitable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, including contract administration and renewal
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records
  • Cost Savings: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
