Quality Assurance Lead

Candour Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Altrincham. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for building a robust testing framework and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression, performance, and security testing
  • Design and implement a scalable and maintainable automated testing framework
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
  • Work closely with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and create acceptance criteria
  • Validate that all deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria before deployment
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven mentoring skills
  • Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in building automation frameworks
  • Proficient in working with CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
