- Help customers familiarize themselves with their new vehicle, providing relevant information and support.
- Assist customers in selling their car through our Sell Your Car service, providing expert guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with different vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
