About the Role:

We are seeking a Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our dedicated team in a specialist school in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.

Salary:

£80 - £95 per day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide individualised guidance to students aged 4-16
  • Collaborate with class teachers to implement strategies and interventions
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have some experience working with children, ideally those with Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs.
