We are looking for a skilled Vetting and Compliance Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role involves working in Annan, Scotland, and is a fully onsite position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, drafting correspondence, and providing administrative support within the assigned function. Key responsibilities include pre-employment screening, processing site pass applications, and maintaining functional databases.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve customer queries through effective communication and document preparation.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate updates to databases and access control systems.
  3. Develop and implement efficient filing systems.
  4. Maintain strong working relationships with industry partners.
  5. Prepare meeting materials and collaborate with colleagues.
  6. Support the processing of expenses and arrange meetings.
  7. Contribute to ongoing quality improvements.
  8. Support the Site Emergency Scheme subject to fitness standards.

This role requires SC Clearance, which the candidate must be eligible and willing to undergo. The successful candidate will have proficiency in Windows, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, based on a 4-day working week.
