Domestic Abuse Family Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Domestic Abuse Family Team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, information, and practical assistance to victims of domestic abuse involved in criminal and/or family proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family and criminal law, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the civil and family courts. They will also have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with victims of domestic abuse and be able to prioritize workload, manage caseload, and make appropriate decisions.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain up-to-date and relevant case notes and database entries. They will also be responsible for providing specialist general and advanced training for litigants in person going through the family court on a monthly rolling basis.
