About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Residential Install Team to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Solar Residential Install Team, you will be responsible for completing residential on-roof installations in areas local to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of roofers, electricians, and labourers to complete residential solar installations
- Ensure all installations meet the required standards and regulations
- Manage and maintain a fleet of vans and tools
- Meet or exceed the target of 5 installations per week
- Collaborate with the client to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential solar installation
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 18th Edition, BPEC/EAL/LCL Solar Certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
