Consultant Physician in Acute and General Medicine

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Consultant Physicians in Acute and General Medicine at University Hospital Wishaw.
About the Role:
- Participate in the acute rota, which is variable and flexible depending on the commitments of the team.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of services and participate in the Physician of the Week/Day and weekend on-call rotas.
- Sub-specialty clinical interests are welcome and will be supported.
About the Department:
University Hospital Wishaw has a dedicated medical ambulatory care area, alongside a medical assessment ward and medical high dependency unit. The Acute Physicians are well supported by the specialty Physicians in the Physician of the Week model. Excellent support is also provided by nursing and medical colleagues in the Emergency Department.
About the University:
