The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of the Palliative Care department.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Consultant with Specialist Registration in Palliative Medicine, who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and clinical skills, with the ability to provide exceptional care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to best practice guidelines and policies
  • Participate in ward rounds, clinical sessions, and Palliative Medicine outpatients
  • Attend weekly MDT/departmental meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans

Requirements:

  • Specialist Registration in Palliative Medicine (desired)
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
