Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ackerman Pierce in Camden. This is an ongoing, full-time contract with a fair and manageable caseload and opportunities for further training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist functional assessments to identify client needs and develop community care plans.
- Provide adaptive equipment and maintain high standards of client care.
- Lead group programmes and manage a generic caseload of care coordinated clients as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Conduct recovery-focused assessments and provide employment, education, and training advice.
Requirements:
- Experience working with clients with mental health difficulties.
- Practice in line with the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
- HCPC registration.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB check (we can assist with this).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATION
