The ideal candidate will be based out of the studio's state-of-the-art London EC1 location, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. As a Senior Games Designer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of gameplay features from concept to implementation, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in level design, gameplay design, and systems design, with a proven track record of implementing these skills in game engines. Additionally, experience working in a multidisciplinary team, preferably on at least three published games, is essential. A solid understanding of all disciplines, including art, code, and audio, is also crucial.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and publishers. A passion for games is a must, and experience with Unreal 4 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
