We are seeking an experienced Service Management Coordinator to join our team at Ethical Property in the South East Cluster. As a key member of our Centre Management Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our three centres are well-managed, efficient, and attractive places to work.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in managing facilities and services. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, including tenant queries, room bookings, and petty cash, as well as liaising with tenants and Centre Management Group meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and administering various tasks, including tenant queries, room bookings, and petty cash.
  • Liaising with tenants and Centre Management Group meetings.
  • Managing cleaning contracts and schedules.
  • Procuring good value soft services and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer care skills and a commitment to providing a good service.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office software.
  • Previous experience in a similar post.
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per year (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance).
