Brook Street (UK) Ltd is proud to be working with a leading Public Sector Organisation in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clerical Officer Assistant to join their team in Armagh.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Children and Young People's Service Department, providing administration support and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the department with administrative tasks, including processing invoices and conducting administrative duties related to the centralised booking system
  • Liaise with service users, Central Support Team Officers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Utilise MS Packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word to conduct typing and word-processing duties

We require a candidate with at least 1 year's suitable Clerical and/or administrative experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful applicant will receive an estimated salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
