Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Manage the sales process, including vehicle preparation, test drives, and finance options
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks
  • Valid clean UK driving license
