Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Dietitian to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dietetic care to paediatric patients, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised nutritional care plans.

Main Responsibilities

Provide dietetic care to paediatric patients, including nutritional assessments, meal planning, and education

Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised nutritional care plans

Conduct nutritional assessments, using a nutritional analysis programme where necessary, to formulate individualised nutritional care plans

Monitor and assess nutritional care plans against outcome measures and adjust care plans to facilitate achievement of goals

Person Specification

Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification

Registered Dietitian by HPC (Health Professional Council)

Evidence of continuous professional development/relevant postgraduate education
