Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

Lakeside Hotel & Spa, a luxury resort on the shores of Windermere, is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the restaurant is set up to the highest standard for service
  • Conduct regular training sessions with staff to maintain menu knowledge and skills
  • Oversee breakfast and evening service, ensuring seamless execution and high standards
  • Manage end-of-night stock requisitions and maintain accurate inventory records
