Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee teams across our nuclear and clean energy projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and quality performance of projects, deploying techniques to control delivery, cost, and risk, and motivating teams to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Mentor and develop project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or nuclear sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and contractors.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and work occasional out-of-hours to accommodate project requirements.
