About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at Greenbean in Glasgow. This exciting opportunity brings a competitive salary of £29,000- £31,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complaints and price comparison cases, utilizing your expertise to resolve disputes in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, advisors, and the Ombudsman.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving process improvements.
  • Communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Experience working within an investor/adviser-focused department, with knowledge of HMRC pension rules and SIPP / SSAS / ISA / Wrap platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, with good discretion and judgment when dealing with sensitive situations.
