We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our dynamic Executive Leadership Team as a Director of School Improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the trust's overall strategic direction, ensuring effective communication, leadership, and enactment of Nova's vision for excellence and school transformation.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, and school leaders to lead genuine transformation across our family of primary schools.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes, working closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create a culture of excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to school leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to drive improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, making recommendations for future development.
Requirements:
