Complex Care Assistant
About the JobWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care to clients in their own homes or community settings. This will include working closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans, assisting with daily living tasks, and supporting clients with complex medical conditions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in complex care, preferably in a homecare or community setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus:
