Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to address the emotional, social, and physical requirements of children
  • Establish positive connections with children facing complex challenges
  • Serve as an advocate for children, demonstrating a supportive presence

Essential Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
  • Demonstrated motivation, adaptability, and willingness to cover shifts across various care facilities
  • A caring and flexible approach to working with children
