About the Role

As a Branch Colleague, you will be the face of our business, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring our customers leave our stores feeling valued and satisfied. You will work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

As a Branch Colleague, you will work a part-time schedule of 16 hours over 2 days, including weekends, with opportunities for overtime as you gain experience and confidence. We are committed to supporting your career development and providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
