About the Role

As a Branch Colleague, you will be the face of our business, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service, resolve customer queries, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in retail or hospitality is desirable but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

As a Branch Colleague, you will work a part-time schedule of 16 hours over 2 days, including weekends, with opportunities for overtime as you gain experience. We're committed to supporting your career growth and development, and we offer regular salary reviews and opportunities for promotion.
