About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert makeup advice, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a range of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, to deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to customers.
  • Provide impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge and expertise with each customer to ensure a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Embody the Trinny London brand and style, priding yourself on knowing that your customers are returning to you for their makeup needs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to continually offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and elevating your artistry.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of product knowledge.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
  • Positive and can-do attitude, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
