Job Title: Part-Time Makeup Artist

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer, and embodying Trinny London's brand and style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all types of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise with each customer.
  • Embody Trinny London's brand and style, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, staying motivated by the buzz of achieving your goals.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving your product knowledge and artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passion for makeup and skincare.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets.
  • Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Punctuality and flexibility to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
  • Personable with a customer-centric mindset.
