Job Description
At ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home at least one day a week.

The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for processing the payroll for approximately 100 employees on a monthly basis. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and precise payroll processing, answering payroll queries from business heads, and implementing processes that meet deadlines and are compliant with relevant regulations.

In addition to these core duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurately running the monthly payroll, including HMRC payments and payroll journal entries. They will also be responsible for producing pension data on a monthly basis and submitting it to various pension scheme providers, as well as calculating bonuses and overtime.

We require a highly organized individual who can accurately process large volumes of detail while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, and have at least 3 years of functional experience in a payroll position.
