Mencap is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living Services in Chippenham on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance and emotional support to our clients, helping them develop their skills and interests, and contributing to their overall well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and leisure activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social interaction

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days annual leave, pension scheme, and ongoing training opportunities.
