As the Lead Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace, you will play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our Partner Marketing program, working closely with the Technology Alliances team to prioritize and nurture key partnerships.

You will establish scalable and repeatable marketing processes, balancing high, mid, and light touch approaches, with a focus on creating a self-service model through our Partner Portal.

For high-touch partners, you will develop and manage long-term, integrated marketing plans, while collaborating with internal teams to build an effective communications strategy.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our partner ecosystem and drive the success of Dynatrace's technology alliances.

  • Developing the strategy, planning, priority setting, and process for building a new focus on technology alliance marketing.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external Technology Alliance Marketing requests while collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and own the marketing plan.
  • Developing and executing strategic partner marketing programs that align with the technology alliances strategy.
  • Working with partner marketing comms to establish a strategy and plan for technology alliance communications.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including key Technology Alliance partners, and internal stakeholders, including the Dynatrace Technology Alliance Team.
  • Being the go-to point of contact for internal or external Technology Alliance requests.
  • Developing and executing longer-term, integrated marketing plans with high-touch partners, such as Red Hat.
  • Creating and delivering partner-facing marketing materials and assets.
  • Working closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs, and events where appropriate.
  • Managing the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results.
    • Experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.
    • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies.
    • Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners.
    • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the Technology Alliances plan.
    • Travel may be required in this role (up to 10%).

This can be a remote position.
