We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perioperative Theatre Team Lead to join our team at Three Shires Hospital.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of perioperative nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate staff training needs and resource requirements within a peri-operative function or surgical specialty.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement departmental strategies.
The annual salary for this position is approximately £43,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience.
