Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential corporate partners, working towards an annual target. You will also deliver exceptional account management to cultivate and grow existing corporate relationships, focusing on retention, increased engagement, and uplift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and secure new corporate partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring retention and growth
  • Research and identify potential corporate partners, utilizing a fundraising database (Salesforce)
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new patrons, partners, sponsorships, and in-kind donations
  • Hit and exceed financial and non-financial fundraising targets
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience developing new corporate pipelines, ideally with experience with lapsed donors, and great stewardship management
  • Prior experience using a fundraising database (Salesforce)
  • Experience writing successful fundraising proposals, bids, and reports
  • Commitment to the development of The Way Youth Zone and its mission
