Safety Check Consultant

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking a skilled Safety Check Consultant to join their team. As a key member of their property & facilities management division, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring full property compliancy through statutory safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage statutory safety checks, including gas safety inspections and PAT / EICR tests.
  • Log, diarise and book safety checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Print and distribute monthly error & warning reports for all safety checks.
  • Obtain funds from landlords to cover safety check costs.
  • Monitor contractor performance and timeframes, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Tenancy Progression and Accounts teams to ensure certificates are ready and invoices are paid.
Requirements:
  • A flexible, adaptable and cooperative attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
Working Arrangements:

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home or in the office. The office is based in Marylebone, close to Baker Street or Marble Arch tube stations.
