We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Events Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in sales and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to elevate the customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management and brands to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Support the visual merchandising team to create a commercial yet creative visual proposition.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background and experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of best practice in retail standards and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
