About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Assistant at Kilton Childcare. The role involves providing high-quality care and education to young children, working collaboratively with the Nursery Management team to achieve excellent outcomes.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with young children, a friendly and flexible approach, and a willingness to undertake training leading to or working towards a recognised childcare qualification. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
