Nursing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at Mersey Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients.

• Deliver high-quality care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other registered care professional.
• Work as part of a designated clinical and care team to deliver care that focuses directly on the needs of the individual and their family.
• Carry out specific delegated clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or other registered care professional.
• Contribute towards developing a culture of learning and innovation, developing high-quality learning environments.

• Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate practice.
• Current NMC Registration.
• Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting.
• Experience of working in teams under appropriate supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
