Job Overview
  • Responsibilities include clinical bookings, raising orders, scheduling of orders, and engineers' daily schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Main Duties
  • Clinical bookings: Allocate appointments to clinicians based on company KPIs.
  • Raising orders: Process orders received from service users and prescribers in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling of orders: Coordinate delivery/collection/repair dates with service users according to company guidelines.
  • Engineers daily schedule: Manage engineers' workload to ensure they are fully utilized.
