Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for championing and engineering quality and software solutions. You will work closely with our Agile and DevOps teams to deploy to various platforms, infrastructure, and web services, including open source, automation frameworks, and containerization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance test scripts using Java object-oriented programming expertise, implementing tools such as Neoload, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
  • Work in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS and Azure.
  • Use performance monitoring and profiling tools to analyze system behavior and identify bottlenecks.
  • Ensure integration of performance testing with automation test approach and analyzing NFRs, technical designs, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Senior Delivery Partners and engage with organizational level networks.
