About the Role
The Endoscopy and Ambulatory team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead who is passionate about Ambulatory care. As our Endoscopy and Minor Ops Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in the delivery of patient care
- Provide quality planned care for our patients during all phases of their journey
- Support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Two years or more experience in an endoscopy setting
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Ability to manage a team of registered practitioners
- Incident investigation for department
- Responsible for monitoring induction books and sign off for new starters
- Responsible for JAG accreditation for the site
