Field Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Visit pre-allocated areas by postcode, interacting with the public and seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
- Work independently, using your own initiative to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity partners' missions and values, ensuring a passionate and authentic approach to fundraising.
- Collaborate with our team to share best practices, ideas, and feedback to continuously improve our fundraising strategies.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- A competitive basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, with uncapped discretionary bonus potential.
