SALES/FUNDRAISING TEAM LEADERS - DOOR TO DOOR AND PRIVATE SITES WANTED

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead our fundraising teams in a door-to-door and private site setting. As a sales and fundraising team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your team, monitoring and delivering performance targets, and reporting KPIs and targets to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of your team and ensure they meet their targets
  • Monitor and deliver performance targets, and report KPIs and targets to individuals
  • Liaise with the recruitment and venues teams to ensure a smooth operation
  • Represent our charity partners to the highest standards
  • Deliver high-quality field training to your team
  • Work in the field alongside your team to ensure a successful fundraising campaign

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in sales and fundraising
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A desire to make a positive social impact
  • An exceptional work ethic
  • Good organizational skills
