Job Summary:

Prolim Global is seeking a skilled Facilities Planner to join our team. As a Facilities Planner, you will be responsible for planning the utilization of space and facilities for the company, ensuring organizational efficiency and available facilities and funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modification, and building projects from concept to implementation.
  • Ensure project requirements are defined, contract changes are negotiated, operating budgets are established, and financial terms/conditions of contract are identified.
  • Act as the primary contact for facilities and equipment and machinery maintenance project activities and lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify problems and develop solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing project scope.
  • May coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience.
  • Masters degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Apprentice or Trade School preferred; 4 years relevant experience.
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and support a variety of planning areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple internal customers.
  • Ability to work onsite at the industrial facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Customer interface.
