**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Artist in Residence to join our Art department at Ashford School. The successful candidate will have access to extensive facilities, including painting studios, ceramic and 3D studio, kiln, printmaking studio with various intaglio presses, photographic studio, darkroom, and PC suite with full Adobe Creative software.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented artist to contribute to the school's artistic community while developing their own practice.

The role comes with free accommodation on site for an academic year, with no bills and free food. However, applicants must provide their own art materials.

Applicants must have a current portfolio of work detailing both their past practice and their plans for future projects. This will be reviewed as part of the application process.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
