Job Summary
Hunter Dunning is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of projects, providing technical leadership, and delivering projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of projects, providing technical leadership and excellent client care
- Coach and mentor colleagues to develop technical excellence throughout the teams
- Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with current standards and client requirements
- Liaise with clients to assess their needs and secure planning permission
- Obtain tender quotations and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
- Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
- Make visits to other offices and project sites when required
Requirements
- Holds a current site CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
- MCIAT accreditation
- 5+ years experience post qualifications and must hold a relevant degree
- Experience working on Healthcare projects is highly desirable but not essential
- Project Leader experience with a passion for developing others
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
- Proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
- Strong technical skills
