Senior Architectural Technologist Job Opportunity

Hunter Dunning is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Middlesborough, North Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading AJ100 company on healthcare projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of projects, providing technical leadership and excellent client care
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to develop technical excellence throughout the teams
  • Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current standards and client requirements
  • Liaise with clients to assess their needs and secure planning permission
  • Undertake contract administration and reporting to clients, ensuring quality measures and H&S guidelines are adhered to
  • Make visits to other offices and project sites when required

Requirements:

  • Holds a current site CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
  • MCIAT accreditation
  • 5+ years experience post qualifications and must hold relevant degree
  • Experience working on Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
  • Project Leader experience with a passion for developing others
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
  • Strong technical skills
