Therapeutic Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to take on a Team Leader position. As a valued member of our team, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding these values and promoting the well-being and positive outcomes for every young person in our care. Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operation of the home
* Implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Fostering the growth and development of junior staff

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a sleep-in rate of £60 per sleep and overtime paid at 0 extra. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in Residential Childcare and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent.
