Job Summary

Therapeutic Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to step into a Team Leader position. As a valued member of our team, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support the development of junior staff
  • Uphold the company's core values and beliefs

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Residential Childcare
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent

Benefits

  • Competitive rate of pay from £13 to £14.50 depending on qualifications and experience
  • Sleep in rate - £60 per sleep
  • Overtime paid at £1 extra
