Retail Store Manager

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring the store operates within company parameters and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.
- Act as a role model for world-class customer service and drive financial performance with sales targets.
- Maintain stock accuracy and set up store promotional plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Embark on a training programme to become a Health & Wellness specialist, including the "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.
- Previous retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within company parameters and goals.
- The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
