Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at San Carlo Alderley Edge. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective bar operations to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and control bar costs to ensure profitability
  • Implement and maintain high standards of bar hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of bar operations and management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
