Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at San Carlo Alderley Edge. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional drinking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bar team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality drinks
• Develop and implement effective bar operations to drive sales and profitability
• Monitor and control bar stock, waste, and costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a bar management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of drinks menus, pricing, and promotions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
